About

Hi, I'm Sheavon.

I'm a Content Creator working at the intersection of hospitality, culinary, wellness, faith, and visual storytelling. The medium often changes, but the goal never does.

Portrait of Sheavon Taylor

Sheavon Taylor — content creator.

I build for the
person receiving it.

Hospitality taught me that everything is an experience. How someone is welcomed, what they are handed, how they feel when they leave — none of it is an accident. I carry that into every piece I make, whether it lands on a page, in someone's ears, or on a screen.

So the questions stay the same no matter the subject. Who is this for. What do they actually need to hear. What would make them stay with it instead of scrolling past. Answer those honestly and the format takes care of itself.

Make something that moves people. Then expand from there.

That is the whole brief I give myself, every project.

Where it comes from

Culture, memory,
and healing.

I believe food, faith, and wellness carry culture, memory, and healing. That belief is not just a philosophy; it is the foundation of everything I create.

Every project begins with a question: Does this feel genuine to the people it was made for? If the answer is yes, then it is worth building.

How I work

Words, styling,
and the whole build.

Editorial & writing. Features, essays, brand copy and recipe stories — concept through final line edit.

Styling & art direction. Food, product and lifestyle sets built around taste, texture and colour.

Audio & video. Hosting, producing and editing — podcasts, commercial spots and short-form.

Brand & layout. Type, palette and page design that make a story feel worth keeping.

What I'm building

Three projects,
one through-line.

ZEST, a digital food and culture magazine launching October 4, 2027 — my brother's birthday, chosen on purpose. Faith Forward, a podcast about healing, faith and moving forward without sanitizing the hard parts. And Rooted, a farm-to-table commercial about where food actually begins.

Different formats, one instinct: say the true thing, and make it beautiful enough that people stay for it.

What I do

Words, styling,
and the whole build.

Editorial & writing. Features, essays, editor's letters, recipe stories — concept through final line edit.

Food styling & art direction. Boards, flat lays and spreads built around taste, texture and colour.

Audio. Hosting, producing and editing conversations that go where the polite version won't.

Brand & layout. Type, palette and page design that make a story feel like something worth keeping.
